Domestic Shipments (Canada)
Ship via prepaid courier service (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, etc) directly to our shipping address.

Foreign Shipments (including United States) - small items
Ship via prepaid courier service (FedEx, UPS Expedited or Express service level) to our shipping address.
Include with the shipment a Commercial Invoice listing the instruments including their dollar value (inquire with us about the appropriate dollar value). On the commercial invoice include the following statements: "Value for Customs Purposes Only", "Canadian Goods Returned For Repair/Calibration. Country of Origin: Canada", "Harmonized Code: 9015.80.10.20 Oceanographic Instrumentation for Research". (Failure to include these statements may result in Customs assessing duties on the shipment, which we will have to pass on to the customer/shipper.)

Foreign Shipments (including United States) - large items
Ship via prepaid airfreight service to our shipping address.
Notify King Bros. Custom Brokers, Victoria, B.C. Ph: 250-384-1174, Fax: 250-382-3231. Note that the destination airport is Victoria International Airport (YYJ).
Include with the shipment a Commercial Invoice listing the instruments including their dollar value (inquire with us about the appropriate dollar value).
