The VMP 750 and VMP 2000 are a tethered microstructure profiler for the measurement of dissipation-scale turbulence in coastal and continental shelf regions. It is equipped with state-of-art microstructure velocity probes (shear probes), high-resolution temperature sensors (thermistors), and high-accuracy CTD sensors. All sensors, mechanical components, and electronics are of the highest quality.
